Born into a family of ten children in Upstate New York, Al knew what it meant to work hard and appreciate all you are given. Growing up in a Christian home he discovered the freedom of a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. Al found his way to Florida in the early eighties where he began a 25 year career in Law Enforcement.
His passion for event management and music finally came together when he began working with the Promise Keepers, The Billy Graham Crusade, Teen Mania and several music festivals around the Southeast. In 2006, Al finally brought his passion for music, integrity as a Law Enforcement officer and more than twenty years experience in event management together to form Rev Music Group. In addition, Al is currently a Managing Partner with Bay Area Entertainment, a promotion and production company in Tampa Bay specializing in family friendly entertainment.
Al has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management, and has received
post graduate studies with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. As
President of Rev Music Group, Al ensures his company, staff and artists
continually seek the righteousness of God and become lights in this dark
world. His drive to bring integrity and honesty to the Christian music
industry has been the fuel behind the growth of Rev Music Group. His
“no-nonsense” approach is matched only by his desire to see young people
reach their potential.
Mike Turza, Vice President

Born
and raised on Long Island with a Catholic upbringing, Mike is the oldest
of five children; big brother to four young sisters. Mike fell in love
with music early in life, and began playing the drums in the fourth
grade. Mike’s High School years introduced him to marching band, piano,
guitar classes, and eventually to his first rock band.
After several wrong decisions, Mike found himself caught up in a world
of sex, drugs, and rock & roll. At the age of 21, he found himself a
strung out single father, contemplating suicide. In 1989 the grace of
God found Mike and instead of taking his own life, he gave it to Jesus
Christ.
In 2004, Mike combined his years of band experience, his passion for
music and heart for ministry and began managing and booking local
Christian bands in the Tampa area. In 2006 he met his business partner,
Al Squitieri, and accepted a position as Vice President of the newly
formed Rev Music Group. Mike's expertise has opened additional
opportunities as a Managing Partner with Bay Area Entertainment, a
promotion and production company in Tampa Bay specializing in family
friendly entertainment.
Mike graduated from A.R.T.I in 1987 as an Audio Engineer, and is a Lifetime
Member of the Recording Engineer’s Association of America; as well as a
graduate of the School of Hard Knocks.
As Vice President of Rev Music Group, Mike works diligently to keep the
company, and artists focused on their Ministry. Mike’s hard work ethic
and “hands on” approach, has become evident and often reflected in the
